Specific Responsibilities Would Include
The Operations Coordinator supports the execution of strategies by performing general tasks and activities including follow-up and execution in the areas of warehouse management and communication, supporting the highest of compliance standards for our brands and joint ventures, and working with our retail partners to make sure products arrive timely; processed and prepared accordingly and quickly reach the selling floors.
Strategy & Innovation
- Develop and maintain tracking sheets to monitor and analyze customer orders on a daily basis; manage special requests, and suggest potential actions for operational efficiency
- Coordinate new account set up, customer guidelines, and assist with execution of customer onboarding
Operations & Results
- Procure reports from SAP, Ops Veda, Snowflake and Sigma for cross-functional teams (e.g., timing and action calendars, sample expense recaps and order processing VAS requirements)
- Track and update regularly the status of POs, shipments, inventories, and ATS; accept, input, track, and follow-up on orders in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Warehouses to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain customer portals for multidivisional clients
- Monitor SAP system information accuracy for seamless order processing
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team
Leadership & Teams
- Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
- Previous experience in the apparel or accessory industry is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in operational capacity – warehousing and distribution
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SAP and CommerceHub/DSCO platform is a plus
- Excellent organizational, meeting planning coordination and project management skills
- Organized, independent, self-motivated with a problem-solving mentality
- Professional demeanor and team player attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must demonstrate adaptability to constantly changing schedules. Adept at managing complex daily calendars and budget expense tracking

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
