What You'll Be Doing
The System Integration Analyst consults and assists with project analysis, program design, report writing, scripting, dictionary synchronization, and other technical matters required for computer applications. This person develops interfaces, integrates data flows and systems, and reports which adhere to IT standards and best practices, as well as fully testing and documenting the results and functionality – to ensure the expected results.
Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Strong conceptual abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- The analyst must be able to produce fast, flexible reports/interfaces, which are economical and integrated with systems and applications used by the hospital.
- Proficiency with data management and analysis
- Experience with HL7 ADT interface translation and basic message types with JavaScript
- Position requires interaction with stakeholders to discuss and understand their needs and requirements
- Analytical ability to evaluate systems, test data and/or program logic, and determine proper program execution for interfacing/report writing.
- Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts and solve problems related to report writing systems/interface software.
- Ability to prioritize work responsibilities and meet established deadlines
- Develop and deploy ETL packages.
- Collect and collate appropriate data for use in databases and conduct related research.
- Develop datasets and data that can be used for data analysis and presentation
What We're Looking For
4-year degree or combination of a minimum of 4 years in healthcare IT industry with focus on development/setup of clinical healthcare reporting and application interfacesExperience writing reports using a variety of reporting tools, SQL Reporting Services, PowerBI, Crystal or other reporting tools. Two years programming/Interface /report writing experience is requiredProject Management a plusStrong working knowledge of clinical terminologyHighly proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications; practice management systems (e.g. Meditech). Previous Cloverleaf/Mirth and/or Meditech experience preferred; NPR and/or Report Design.General knowledge of hospital departments operations & healthcare.Knowledge of relational databases & analytic techniques

- Pay Range: $85,000 – $115,000/year
- When determining the compensation, several factors may be considered including, years of relevant experience, credentials, union contracts, education, and internal equity.
