Job Description
To ensure all paperwork, projects are processed and completed on a timely basis in the order of established priorities.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain hotel mechanical systems such as domestic water system, hot water systems, chilled water systems, pool systems
- Operate and understand basic television system, plumbing systems and electrical systems through the hotel
- Assist other engineers with repairs
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations
- Understand chiller operations
- Clean all work areas after completing a job
- Fill out daily paperwork
Qualifications
- Must be able to understand chiller operations
- Preferred experience with general plumbing, general electrical, paint, drywall and wall vinyl repairs
- Preferred mechanical plant experience and knowledge in heating and cooling systems such as: water boilers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, domestic water pumping stations and controls
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders and scaffolding or use a man lift to work at heights up to 30 feet, often times reaching above head for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, overnights, weekends and holidays
