In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Dignity, the Administrative Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families and for the clinical operations of the unit under the direction of the Nurse Manager and/or Chief Nurse Executive.

Requirements:
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing required.
- Two years clinical experience with leadership role within nursing department (project management, charge nurse role, quality improvement activities).
Licensure:
Registered Nurse: CA (RN:CA)
BLS American Heart Association -Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
