SodexoMagic is seeking a General Manager 3, a leader for our newly acquired Stillman College Dining Operations, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Stillman College is an HBCU in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Currently, this location serves students in the Magnolia Cafe, the Resident Dining Hall on campus, which will undergo a renovation the summer of '25. As the enrollment grows, the university would like to have retail options added to the Dining Services on Campus. In addition to the traditional meal plan during the academic year, the college hosts multiple summer camps and has onsite catered events. Strong Leadership, Client Relations, Marketing and Innovative skills are needed to be successful in this position. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You Bring
- have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
- have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
- can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
- demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.
