What You'll Be Doing
Main Function:
- Performs documentation deficiency analysis for inpatient discharges according to established State and Federal Guidelines, JCAHO Accreditation Standards, Medical Staff Rules and Regulations and Department Policies.
- Ensures completion of required medical record documentation. Validates Discharge Census, and Performs Chart Assembly.
