- Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing and feeding.
- Assisting patients with mobility and transfers.
- Completing necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Communicating effectively with clients, families and other healthcare professionals regarding client needs and concerns.
- Following established care plans and contributing to the development of personalized care strategies.
