What You'll Do
- Lead all culinary operations across multiple service platforms
- Create seasonal, cost-effective menus aligned with client preferences
- Manage food production, quality control, and kitchen team development
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Oversee catering execution and support special events
- Monitor budgets, food costs, and vendor relationships

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
