Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

- Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data.
- Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans.
- Documents patient data to measure progress, identifying and meeting learning needs for patients and/or significant others.
- Administers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention.
- Coordinates care with other disciplines, shares knowledge, floats as needed, and attends required educational programs.
Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Mon, Sat; Week 2 Mon, Sat

Job Requirements
Required
- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS within 30 days
- One year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
