Job Summary and Responsibilities
Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, Joint Commission and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Is responsible to support the Nurse Manager of the unit to manage and coordinate clinical operations in order to provide quality direct patient care to the pediatric, adult and geriatric population. Ensures all aspects of documentation, care planning and patient care delivery to meet regulatory requirements. Responsible for fostering a positive interactive team milieu. Facilitates optimal environment to support orientation, competency validation
Job Requirements
CA RN, BLS, ACLS and PALS required (AHA).
1-2 years of Emergency Nursing Preferred
BSN preferred
CT TNCC;CT ERN, NIH Stroke certification preferred.
