Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Services Manager 1 at Erlanger Baroness in Chattanooga, TN, a 560 bed hospital. This is a Third Shift position (approximate hours 10PM-7AM) to include some weekends and holidays overseeing a team of 30. Overall, will provide management oversight of the housekeeping operations and floor care projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining payroll records and schedules, training, and maintaining customer satisfaction and client engagement.

What You'll Do
- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
- lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
- effectively manage the Unit Operating System
- support a diverse and inclusive workforce
