Specific Responsibilities Would Include

We’re looking for a hands-on BI Lead to drive and enhance our business intelligence reporting and governance, closely partnering with business stakeholders across Finance, Planning, Sales and Operations. This role requires strong expertise in building impactful reports and dashboards using Sigma and other BI platforms, managing BI capabilities developed by the central team, and overseeing BI initiatives across decentralized functional teams.You will partner across teams to ensure clear ownership, reduce report duplication, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency in BI deliverables.

  • Build and maintain scalable, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Sigma or comparable BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Lead BI governance by managing report and dataset ownership, enforcing development standards, and coordinating work across centralized and decentralized BI contributors.
  • Support ongoing migration and modernization of legacy SAP BW/AO reports.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align BI efforts with strategic goals and avoid redundancy.
  • Facilitate training and enablement to empower business users while maintaining control over BI assets.
  • Continuously improve BI processes and governance frameworks to enhance efficiency, clarity, and user satisfaction.
  • Drive dashboard & reporting consistency and advance “data storytelling”.
  • Drive advanced analytics (predictive, chat interfaces, next best action recommendation etc.)

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 8-12 years hands-on experience building reports/dashboards with Sigma or similar BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ideal candidate will have worked within a wholesale/retail environment.
  • Ideal candidate will also have some experience with SAP BW and Analysis for Office (AO), including report development, data extraction, and transitioning from legacy platforms to modern BI tools.
  • Experience implementing or managing BI governance frameworks, especially within a decentralized BI environment.
  • Experience with report rationalization, metric/enterprise KPI standardization, data set governance etc.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to balance user empowerment with governance controls.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000

At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
