Job Summary and Responsibilities
Coordinates total patient care for assigned patients. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life-span. Able to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret information needed to identify each patient's requirement relative to his/her age-specific need, and to provide appropriate care as defined by policies and procedures. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of St. Bernardine Medical Center. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support St. Bernardine Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement/process improvement activities.
