- Skillfully triage and assess obstetric patients, including walk-ins.
- Expertly manage routine inductions and deliveries, meticulously tracking progress and fetal well-being.
- Provide critical coaching during delivery and offer timely, reassuring updates to loved ones.
- Respond with immediate calmness and decisive action in emergent situations, being the steadfast anchor for patients and families.
- Celebrate the joyous milestones and offer sensitive support during challenging times, understanding the depth of human emotion.
- Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs.
- A genuine understanding and sensitivity to widely varying patient experiences.

- 6 Months acute care experience in labor and delivery required. One year preferred
- Minimum education as required for licensure.
- AHA BLS & ACLS & NRP required.
- Basic Fetal Monitoring required.
- Current California license as a Registered Nurse.
