Provides support to faculty in the teaching mission. May include support in classroom instruction, grading assignments, tutoring, or other instructional support. Must be a graduate student, but work can be performed in any program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Program (minimum 4.5 credit hours)
- Recommendation of OHSU faculty member currently teaching coursework for pathophysiology, pharmacology, and/or acute care courses
- Must maintain active enrollment at OHSU SON
- Possess the ability and willingness to work with individuals and groups of students from diverse cultural, economic, and academic backgrounds
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all student information, materials, and discussions shared in the tutoring relationship
