Job Summary and Responsibilities
LOCATION: This role must sit near the Nebraska office and participate in recruiting events for the team.
As a Physician Recruiter, you will be solely responsible for all activities related to physician recruitment within our organization.
Daily, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding. You will develop strategies, build relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and ensure a positive experience to contribute to our clinical excellence.
Success in this role requires strategic talent acquisition, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the physician market, and a commitment to securing top medical talent.
- Participation in regional and/or national physician recruitment associations.
- Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain current record keeping of open positions, interviews scheduled, offers made or not made, offers accepted or not accepted, reasons for offers to be declined, etc.
- Develop strong relationships with residency and fellowship programs to help create pipeline of candidates for CommonSpirit Health.
- Manage reporting responsibilities on a weekly and monthly basis, collaborating with other departments to obtain necessary information and produce accurate reports for the department.
- Use analytical skills to ensure quality and accuracy of all reports.
- Seek and implement further reporting and ATS efficiencies to improve reporting capabilities for the department.
Required
- Bachelors Other or comparable work experience, upon hire and
- 2 years full cycle recruitment experience, including university recruiting, healthcare recruiting, or corporate recruiting and
- Experienced in all aspects of university recruiting including, but not limited to: sourcing, networking, screening, assessing, building rapport with hiring teams and business partners and full life cycle recruiting
