Sodexo’s Healthcare Technology Management division is seeking a Senior Imaging Specialist to provide the highest level of technical expertise across a full range of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic radiation equipment for Tufts Medical Center. This role serves as a subject matter expert, supporting and developing Imaging Service Technicians while driving service excellence and operational strategy.
What You'll Do
Provide advanced technical expertise to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and calibrate a wide range of diagnostic imaging and/or therapeutic radiation equipment.
Serve as a subject matter expert to the imaging service team, offering guidance, mentorship, and hands-on training to advance team capability.
Support complex problem-solving efforts and deliver technical solutions that ensure safe, reliable, and compliant equipment performance.
Engage directly with clients, clinicians, and service partners to address equipment concerns, strengthen relationships, and enhance service delivery.
Contribute to new business opportunities by identifying service needs, recommending improvements, and supporting operational strategies.
Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HTM standards.
Travel frequently to support multiple sites and assist with high-priority technical needs.

What You Bring
Associate’s degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
10+ years of imaging equipment repair and maintenance experience within a healthcare environment, or equivalent entry-level formal training or military technical training.
Strong technical proficiency across diagnostic imaging and/or radiation therapy equipment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technicians, clinical staff, and leadership.
Proven ability to lead by example, support others’ development, and serve as a technical resource.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment
Minimum Functional Experience - 10 years of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training. Significant factory-level training of imaging equipment contributing to the effectiveness of the organization. Preferred CRES nationally
