Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Rheumatology team at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital and St. Francis Hospital. Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.• Perform joint aspirations/injections, interpret imaging, and order appropriate lab monitoring.• Initiate and titrate DMARDs, biologics, and small-molecule therapies.• Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and infusion protocols.• Collaborate with referring PCPs, orthopedists, and pain management specialists.
Qualifications
• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Illinois.• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).• Minimum of 1–2 years of NP experience, preferably in a Rheumatology or internal medicine setting.• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000-$130,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
