Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) Kings Bay Commissary located in Kings Bay, GA. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

- ensure department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;
