Role Overview
Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cafe Manager to lead the bistro operations at White Horse Village, a large upscale retirement community in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This manager will oversee the Paddock Grille, a bistro featuring a small micro-market. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Typical shift will be 10:30am -6:30pm may vary with every other weekend coverage
What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations of the Paddock Grille, a bistro and micro-market serving lunch and dinner
- Will manage a staff of approximately 30 employees
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Manage cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
Handle purchasing and inventory control
Create and manage staff schedules
Train, support, and lead team members
Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the facility
