Job Summary and Responsibilities
The incumbent is a member of the healthcare team who is accountable for patient care supportive services for the Family Birth Center under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. May have access to or be required to distribute drugs, needles or syringes from storage locations, (such as large stock supplies, automated dispensing units and other carts) to/within patient care areas or treatment carts as defined by hospital policy/procedure.
Job Requirements
- Two (2) years OR/OB Scrub/Perinatal Tech experinece
- Basic Life Support from AHA.
- Demonstrated competence with the cmputerized documentation system.
