This training program, designed for those with a passion for leadership, follows a multi-phase training approach to prepare qualified candidates for upcoming District Manager positions.
Program Design:
As a District Manager-in-Training, you will participate in a comprehensive 3-phase training program. The program includes hands-on experience as a Store Manager-in-Training and Store Manager, providing a solid foundation for your transition to the District Manager-in-Training role.
Phase 1 - Store Manager-in-Training: Develop a deep understanding of store operations, leadership, and team management.
Phase 2 - Store Manager: Assume the responsibilities of a Store Manager, honing your skills in decision-making, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Phase 3 - District Manager-in-Training: Advance to the District Manager-in-Training position, engaging in focused learning activities and training disciplines, while effectively managing a store by meeting or surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Note: Only candidates who achieve a "ready" status during each of the program phases will be considered for interviews when positions for advancement become available.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Align the right person with the right job at the appropriate staff level.
- Develop and mentor teams for current and future positions.
- Attain and maintain customer service standards.

- Ensure regular communication meetings are attended/conducted weekly.
- Safeguard company assets.

Additional Responsibilities/Requirements:

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or currently attending college/university in pursuit of a degree, preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Multi-Unit Retail Management Capacity or a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills and a genuine desire to advance into a District Manager role.
- Successful completion of the Store Manager-in-Training and Store Manager phases.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed performance standards and achieve specified goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels within the organization and external vendors.
- Proficient in critical thinking, analytical skills, and mathematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Valid Driver's License.
