Leadership for clinical operations of all aspects of Contract Labor and Float pool for assigned market. Accountable for Professional Clinical practice, staff acquisition, on-boarding, orientation, supervision and performance evaluation. Responsible for executing system operational tactics that support the overall cost and quality strategies related to contract labor and float pool. Ensures clinical excellence in all practice settings. Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all staff in the market served.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 5 years experience as an RN in an acute care setting
- 2 years healthcare leadership experience
- Bachelor Degree Nursing Required BSN Required
- Registered Nurse State of Employment Required
- Basic Life Support American Heart Association Required
- Prefer float pool/contingent resources leadership experience.
- Prefer experience managing a large scope of multi-specialty and various roles, both clinical and allied.
Position based in Utah and will support the Utah market. 24/7 responsibility with M-F flexible office hours based on business/position needs. Flexibility with work hours is needed.
