Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will:
- Lead and mentor Residential Counselors to deliver exceptional care and support
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations across residences
- Promote safe, structured, trauma-informed environments
- Oversee medication administration and campus safety
- Coordinate engaging recreation and community integration programs
- Build strong communication with students, families, and staff
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred
- 4-5 years of experience working with youth or adults with intellectual disabilities in a residential/educational setting
- Leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Comfort using Safety Care (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements
Schedule:
Wednesday-Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Saturday 7:00am – 10:00pm
