Responsibilities
We are looking for an Business Solution Architect with extensive experience in the finance sector, particularly in insurance, actuarial, and claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crossing business domains and a strong mix of technical aptitude, including proficiency in Python. This role involves designing and implementing RPA solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
- Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across multiple domains, including insurance, actuarial, and claims.
- Lead the design and architecture of complex automation projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and user guides.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and team members.
- Leverage RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) and Python scripting for advanced automation tasks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and security requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation solutions.
- Drive innovation through reusable components and best-practice solution design.

- Proven experience successfully implementing data solutions
- Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in automation and software development.
- Understanding of Data Warehouse
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
