We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Workday Architecture Lead to oversee the design, integration, and optimization of our Workday ecosystem. This role will serve as the technical authority on Workday architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals across HR, Finance, and other enterprise functions.RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

- Define and maintain the Workday architectural roadmap, aligning with enterprise goals.
- Lead cross-functional design sessions to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions.
- Manage Workday tenant configurations, including security groups, domain policies, and business process frameworks.
- Oversee domain security policies and ensure proper access controls are in place.
- Design and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity and performance across internal and external systems.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, documentation, and governance processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and implement new Workday features, including AI capabilities
- Leverage Workday Extend to build custom applications that run within the Workday ecosystem.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Workday configuration leads and business analysts
Core Competencies
- Expertise in Workday modules such as HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Talent
- Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Strong experience in custom writing and report dashboards
- Strong expertise in Workday Customer Central
- Proven ability to manage tenant settings, domain security policies, and business process configurations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Workday architecture and implementation
- Experience with Workday Extend for building custom applications, preferred
- Familiarity with Workday AI features and their application in HR and Finance processes, preferred
- Workday certifications (e.g. Workday Pro, Integration certified, etc.), preferred
- Experience with Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting, preferred
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, preferred
