What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Nurse Supervisor | RN, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering high-quality resident care while supporting restorative and clinical programs throughout the facility. You’ll coordinate and supervise the Restorative Nursing Program to meet individual resident needs, review medications, treatments, and orders for accuracy and compliance with CMS and facility policies, and collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, dietitians, and care staff to ensure safe and person-centered care. You’ll also conduct audits, monitor weights and vital signs, and ensure care plans are accurate and up to date. In addition, you will partner with management and staff on training and quality improvement initiatives, support risk management and QAPI efforts, complete required documentation, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
