Plans, implements and organizes social work resources and evaluates and provides treatment regarding mental health issues for patients, linkage to resources in the community.
Job Requirements

Master's in Social Work (Required)
LCSW Preferred
CPR Required
BLS
Valid Driver's License
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
