Frequently asked questions

In Sarasota clinics, an Agacnp/Pa-C in pulmonary and critical care usually manages around 12 to 18 patients daily, balancing outpatient clinic hours with occasional inpatient coverage. In Sarasota’s growing medical community, clinicians often advance by specializing further in sleep medicine or critical care leadership roles. With groups like First Physicians Group, there’s room to increase clinical autonomy, engage in multidisciplinary teams, or transition into educator positions within pulmonology-focused healthcare systems.

First Physicians Group offers a nonprofit environment with sovereign immunity protections and no non-compete clauses, uncommon in many Florida institutions. This fosters a collaborative culture with stability, public service loan forgiveness eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package, enhancing job security and professional satisfaction.
