Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our diagnostic cardiovascular and nuclear medicine team. In keeping with the French Hospital Medical Center healthcare philosophy, this vital role primarily supports our stress nuclear medicine studies and echocardiogram services, ensuring smooth patient flow, meticulous preparation, and accurate data acquisition. The Clinical Assistant is responsible for assisting licensed technologists in the preparation of cardiac patients for these specialized services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care according to established procedures of the French Hospital Medical Center Cardiology Department and applicable Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management following written notice.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- High School Graduate or Hight School GED
- Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
- Experience with EHR - Electronic Health Records systems is preferred.
