Sodexo is seeking an experienced and motivated HTM, Operations Manager to join our team at Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, Massachusetts. This position provides supervision and operational oversight for multiple core HTM service areas at the client site, ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and program performance. This leader will manage day-to-day operations, ensure PM compliance, coordinate vendor service projects, and develop team members to deliver exceptional results.
What You'll Do
Direct and oversee the daily operations of the biomedical department.
Supervise team members, assigning priorities, and maintaining operational standards to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
Ensure exceptional customer service through professional communication, responsive issue resolution, and continuous collaboration with hospital leadership and clinical teams.
Maintain high standards of quality and safety by implementing Sodexo’s operational and safety procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory and hospital requirements.
Develop and lead initiatives that improve equipment uptime, asset utilization, and operational performance across HTM services.

What You Bring
Leadership experience in Biomedical Engineering or a similar technical operations environment required.
Biomedical/Clinical Engineering background strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and performance metrics in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs, CMMS systems, and vendor coordination highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
