SodexoMagic is seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Kaiser Permanente in San Jose, CA. For almost 20 years, we have provided top-level food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges, universities and aviation lounges.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff training, scheduling, and maintaining HACCP compliance.
  • Develop and execute creative, high-quality menus for catering and special events.
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure cost control and timely delivery.
  • Ensure flawless event execution through strong organizational skills and hands-on culinary expertise.
