Sodexo is seeking an experienced Traveling Biomedical Equipment Specialist, specializing in Anesthesia systems, to support healthcare facilities from Philadelphia to Maine and the surrounding regions. This role functions as a Subject Matter Expert in anesthesia equipment while also bringing advanced expertise in one or more high-end healthcare technology modalities.
The specialist will serve as a technical leader within the region, operating independently with minimal supervision, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced clinical equipment inventories. This position requires strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
What You'll Do
Serve as the regional SME and modality expert for anesthesia systems and related high-end biomedical equipment.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced clinical equipment across multiple facilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide technical expertise in specialized equipment areas, including device integration/networking, catheterization lab/electrophysiology monitoring systems, and capital planning.
Partner with facility leadership to plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance strategies that support clinical and operational goals.
Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports.
