Sodexo is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician III for University Hospital Cleveland Medical Center located in Cleveland, OH.
Sodexo’s growing Healthcare Technology Management Division is seeking solution-oriented candidates who excel at customer service with a proven success as an experienced Biomedical Equipment Technician III to support Healthcare Technology services.
What You'll Do
Perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs on a variety of biomedical equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment functionality and patient safety.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and performance testing.
Provide timely and efficient service while prioritizing urgent repair needs.
Collaborate with clinical staff to understand equipment issues and deliver excellent customer support.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to healthcare technology management.
Assist in the installation and calibration of new equipment

What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience repairing, maintaining and calibrating medical devices independently
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Experience with medical repairs
- The ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical devices

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment
Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years of experience in electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical repair in a health care technology setting
