Responsibilities
SOCIAL SERVICES III: Provides clinical oversight and supervision to social workers[ MSW, LCW} at both campuses. Assists Director in quality assurance and program development and operations for social services at both campuses. Provides direct clinical services to patients which may including support, crisis intervention and counseling; information and referrals for financial assistance and supportive services to patients in high risk categories and related to hospitalization, illness, disability or trauma in all clinical care areas. Provides staff development, leadership for the clinical social work team and education to enhance clinical skills and competency of staff.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Ph.D. or Psy.D. OR 2. Master’s Degree in Social Work related field OR 3. Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.4. Current LCSW required upon hire and maintain current. 5. Completion of criteria to provide supervision to ASW or MFTI, LPCCI according to State Regulatory Board. 6. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. 7. Minimum of one (1) year hospital or Outpatient experience or emphasis in mental health care 8. Experience in working with a diverse population with a wide range of problems (i.e., death and dying, maternal and child care, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness, etc.).#LI-MS3

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $73,819.20 to $107,556.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
