Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Home Health Aide implements personal care and assistance in the delivery of direct and indirect patient care while following the Home Health Aide care plan. The Home Health Aide, under the direction and oversight of the other professional clinicians, provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients while addressing the patient population served.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED:
- 1 year recent work experience required.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Current Home Health Aide Certificate
- Current BLS Cert through American Heart Association
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
