Position Summary
The Barista's highest priority will supporting overall profitability and guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service while maintaining OVG's standards for safety, cleanliness,sanitation.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00.
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until December 31, 2025.

The Pasadena Convention Center is a campus-style meetings and events complex in Pasadena, California offering 130,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile; Honor guests by providing quick, friendly, and personalized service.
- Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with guests by learning their names and favorite food and drink items.
- Educate guests regarding menu offerings; Initiate suggestive selling and sampling of products.
Qualifications
- Previous Barista experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to participate in a team environment.
- Ability to follow written and oral direction.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
