Job Summary and Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing team to devise and implement individualized end of life care plans for patients
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
- Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals to deliver empowered end of life care
- Communicate with patients and their loved ones while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment

What You'll Need
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program college or university
- 1 year experience as a registered nurse preferred
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state where you live
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
