What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Lotus Nurse | Care Coordinator (RN/LPN), you are responsible for the training and education of the team members that provide care and services to the Lotus Guests (rapid recovery and rehabilitation), as well as the care management of Lotus Guests.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
  • Must have immediate to advanced computer skills, including experience working with an EMR or EHR
  • Extensive customer service experience required
  • Prior experience in social services highly preferred
  • Prior experience as an Intake Coordinator highly preferred
  • Ability to make independent decisions required
  • Must possess patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
  • Leadership abilities and willingness to work with other team members required
  • Must possess organization and time management skills
  • Must maintain care and use of supplies and equipment
  • Ability to function independently and with personal integrity required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
