Position Summary
The Golf Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage concessions at the golf facility. This role ensures high-quality service, efficient operations, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will supervise concession staff, maintain inventory, and ensure a positive experience for guests.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.75-$19.25.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of golf concessions, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
Supervise and train concession staff, scheduling shifts as needed.
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Handle cash management, including accurate sales reporting and reconciliation.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting maintenance needs as necessary.
Assist in implementing promotions and special events to drive sales.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in concessions or hospitality.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of inventory management and cash handling.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
