Position Summary

The Golf Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage concessions at the golf facility. This role ensures high-quality service, efficient operations, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will supervise concession staff, maintain inventory, and ensure a positive experience for guests.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.75-$19.25.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of golf concessions, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.

  • Supervise and train concession staff, scheduling shifts as needed.

  • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Handle cash management, including accurate sales reporting and reconciliation.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.

  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting maintenance needs as necessary.

  • Assist in implementing promotions and special events to drive sales.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in concessions or hospitality.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of inventory management and cash handling.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
