Job Summary and Responsibilities
The CARE Center at St. Mary Medical Center is an outpatient services center that offers many services, including HIV and STI Testing, PrEP and PEP Services, and Rapid Start Antiretroviral. As part of the Dignity Health network, our CARE Center is dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care and access to Long Beach and nearby communities.
As the Clinical Services Manager for the CARE Center you will be responsible for all areas of direct client care that is provided in the clinical setting. This is defined as all grants and contracts that directly relate to the primary and specialty care of our clients. You will provide direct oversight to the RNs, Medical Assistants, and Registered Dieticians. In addition, you will provide indirect oversight to the contracts and grants that provide prevention and education services, mental health and psychiatric services, treatment adherence and advocacy, and the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). The function of this position is to ensure that high quality health and social services are being delivered to all patients accessing medical services in the outpatient clinic. In your role you will work alongside our other managers and directors to ensure that continuity remains throughout all programs and services.

Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an RN in an acute care facility required.
- Minimum of 2 years of HIV/AIDS related clinical experience required.
Required Licensure:
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Supervisory/Management experience preferred.
