Job Summary
This leader has operational accountability and oversight, and manages the daily activities of First Physician Group Clinical Services. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring team work tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Require Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with current state of Florida licensure.- Require an Associate degree. Relevant physician office work experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required degree.- Require a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience, preferably in a physician office setting.
Preferred Qualifications
