Sodexo is seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team at Lehigh Valley Health – Schuylkill South in Pottsville, PA, a key facility within one of Pennsylvania’s most respected healthcare systems. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of 6 employees and supporting both patient dining and retail foodservice operations.

What You'll Do
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production
Lead, train, and schedule a team of 6 frontline culinary staff
Support retail operations including menu execution, signage, and service standards
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP protocols
Collaborate with the General Manager on menu planning, inventory, and cost control
Utilize digital tools including POS systems, menu boards, and signage platforms
Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment

What You Bring
- 2+ years of culinary management experience, preferably in healthcare or retail foodservice
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency with POS systems, digital signage, and menu board technology
ServSafe® certification preferred
Availability to work a day shift schedule (9a–5p or 10a–6p) and every other weekend
Passion for delivering exceptional food and service in a mission-driven environment
