Responsibilities
An Associate Product Management Analyst blends strategic thinking, technical expertise, and analytical skills to ensure software products meet customer demands and drive business success. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product development and eager to learn the intricacies of product management. You will work closely with organizational unit (OU) partners and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and create value.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for enabling current system functionality for basic tickets, creating insurance product user stories when needed, and ensuring quality assurance. This role requires knowledge of system integrations and the ability to identify who can assist with them. The Associate Product Management Analyst will also need to understand the Agile process and participate in triage/application support rotation.

Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.

- Familiarity with the Agile process.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree (open to all degrees and majors)
- At least 2 years of job experience in a similar role preferred
