Job Summary
Job Summary: The LPN's will be responsible for administer medications within the scope of practice as assigned and assist with the basic care of patients. Specific patient care assignments are discussed with individual staff members to ensure that specialized patient care is followed on each shift.
Responsibilities

- Assessments
- Training and education of family members
- Medication administration of prescribed treatments and therapies
- Communication with other members of the patients' multidisciplinary team
- Emergency management
- Administer Flu Shots (specialty area)
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- New York State License for Practical Nurse
- Current registration to practice as an LPN in New York State.
- Minimum one year clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- CPR
- Basic Life Support
- Effective English communication skills, written, oral and interpersonal.
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval system.
- Additional education required by specialty areas/patient care locations
Salary: $55,000-$75,000
