You will oversee daily shifts, motivate and coach crew members, and ensure every order meets Marco's high standards for quality and accuracy. The Assistant Manager is hands-on, capable of performing all crew tasks—from the makeline to guest interaction while maintaining a clean, safe, and positive work environment. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling, inventory management, and assisting in hiring and development.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license
ServSafe certification preferred
Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
