Job Summary and Responsibilities

- Except to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift for patients
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
- Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy and imaging
Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited program college, or university
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) within 2 years from date of hire.
- At least one (1) year of RN experience
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
