What You'll Be Doing
Operates and monitors the Hospital’s Power Plant with regard to essential systems which provide Heating, Air Conditioning, and Steam. Maintains an efficient environment by measuring Fuel Levels. Performing sample analysis and safety testing. Uses specialized knowledge to determine preventive maintenance and equipment service needs. Maintains log and records as required.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as industrial boiler operator.
- Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, DEP, EPA, and other applicable State and Federal Regulations including Safety.
Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interpret technical data
- 20/20 correctable vision
- Ability to operate Hospital Power Plant.
Education:
- High School Graduate. Blue Seal Fireman License.
