Responsibilities
The CFO will carries out all policies and procedures established by the Governing Board consisted with the philosophy and practices of the Hospital and Corporation. Responsible for planning, organizing and influencing department activities and assuring financial records of the Hospital are maintained following state and federal regulations and accepted accounting standards.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Advanced degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field; CPA preferred. 2. Extensive knowledge of Health Care Accounting practices and principles. 3. Five to seven years experience in hospital accounting/finance; two years in management.4. Management of hospital financial issues related to budgeting, cash management, capital finance, and performance evaluations.5. Knowledge of insurance matters, regulations, reimbursement, information systems and plant operations.6. Politically astute and experienced in working in a competitive marketplace 7. Demonstrate leadership and educator skills.8. ACHE and/or other professional organizational membership preferred.9. Solid negotiating skills.10. Versatile and able to respond to rapid changes11. Sexual Harassment Prevention training within 90 days of hire and annually thereafter
