Responsibilities
This position will not be a project management focused role, but instead focus solely on the implementation and Go Live process for Prime Healthcare. Under the direction of the Epic Program Manager, the Epic Implementation Manager oversees all Clinical applications, and is responsible for managing all aspects of future Epic implementations at Prime hospitals. The Implementation Manager will build relationships with hospital leadership to ensure corporate and local initiatives are incorporated into future implementations. After each go-live, the Implementation Manager will oversee a comprehensive hand-off to the Production Support team, ensuring a successful transition of support for the hospital. The Implementation Manager will supervise performance of all analysts on their team, which is comprised of the applications in their domain (Clinical).

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $88,171.20 to $158,662.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
